Fond Fairwell to Neil, Warm Welcome for Rob!
May brings a changing of the guard out at the brewery in Dockyard. After his second tour of duty Neil will be moving on, back from whence he came, to seek fame and fortune in other persuits. As happens to many of us once young brewers, the old back just has a limit to how many batches of beer it can handle!
As we say fairwell to Neil, we welcome Rob, the new "brewer designate". Rob joins us from the UK (Newcastle) and brings a wealth of experiance from his brewing exploits around the globe, including Canada and Australia.
I'm sure many of you will join me in wishing Neil well in his future endevours.

As of Monday, March 15th, we will be back to our full seven day a week operation, serving Lunch and Dinner daily. We look forward to seeing you!
